The Lakeside Cove neighborhood consists of 82 paired homes which enjoy a variety of views including ones across Lake Lawson, an interior lake, a private forested parcel and our beautiful clubhouse and pool facility. The Lake Homes - Models Now Open!
The Lake Homes offer two floor plans ranging from 2300-3100 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms. Notable features
include a fireplace in the family room, covered porch, kitchen island, formal living and dining rooms, and
one plan with a 1st floor master bedroom. Most of these homes back to one of the interior lakes with some
on a finger of Lake Lawson. These homes are priced from the low $400's.

The Estate Homes - Models Now Open!
The Estate Homes represent the neighborhood with the largest and most elegant homes. Three floor plans range from
2800 to 3400 square feet, with 3-6 bedrooms. Most of these homes are located along the perimeter of the community.
